Description
Dharmasut Black salt has antioxidant properties and has surprisingly low sodium levels. It also contains important minerals like iron, calcium, and magnesium, which are essential to healthy bodies. Black salt stimulates bile production in the liver, and helps control heartburn and bloating. Traditionally, black salt has been used to enhance the taste of deep-fried foods. It is used to add flavour to snacks such as Besan masala peanuts and fried chana to give it a chatpata taste. Additionally, it is used as a condiment in preparing various chaats such as Dahi vada, Bhel puri, and Pani Puri.
